Drive to Own
For drivers who want to own an electric car.
- Apply to Jollo for an EV through the app
- Drive it and make a daily payment towards owning it
- Your daily payment replaces the driver subscription

How requests work
Every rider nearby. One tap to answer.
When you are online, you see every ride request for your car's class near you — not a trickle picked for you. Accept the rider's fare in one tap or send your own price. The rider chooses the driver.
Know before you answer
Each request shows the ride type, how the rider is paying, the pickup distance and where they are going.
Send your price
Agree with the rider's fare, or ask for more within the range the app allows.

Sign up with your phone number.
Choose how you will drive
Drive to Earn with your own car, or apply for Drive to Own.
Send your documents
Government ID and driver's licence, plus your vehicle registration, insurance and inspection papers if you bring your own car.
Get reviewed
The Jollo team checks your documents. The app tells you when you are approved.
Go online
Top up Jollo Pay for your daily subscription and tap GO.
Your money
Clear earnings, paid to your bank.
Cash trips
Riders paying cash pay you directly at the end of the trip.
Card and wallet trips
Fares paid by card or Jollo Pay go to your earnings balance in the app.
Payouts
Add your bank account once, and your earnings are paid out to it.

Driving with Jollo
Does Jollo take a commission?
No. Drivers pay a daily subscription instead, from their Jollo Pay balance, before going online. The amount is shown in the app. Drive to Own drivers make their daily ownership payment instead.
What documents do I need?
A government ID and your driver's licence. If you drive your own car, also its registration, insurance and inspection documents. The app lists exactly what it needs from you.
Does my car have to be electric?
Jollo is electric-first, and Drive to Own cars are electric. For Drive to Earn, the app asks what kind of car you drive when you register it.
Can I choose which requests to take?
Yes. You see each request's details and decide whether to send a price. The rider then chooses between the drivers who answered.
