Questions

Jollo Pay

Is Jollo Pay a bank account?

No. Jollo Pay is a balance you use to pay for things inside Jollo. It does not earn interest and cannot be used outside the Jollo apps.

How do I top up?

Open Jollo Pay in the app, choose Top up, enter an amount and pay by card.

What happens to my balance if I delete my account?

Your balance stays on your account for the 30 days in which you can still recover it. After that, the account is erased and the balance can no longer be used — so spend it first.
