Set your fare
We suggest a fare for the distance and ride type. Send it as it is, or offer a different amount within the range the app allows.
Choose from drivers' prices
Available drivers of your ride type nearby see your request. Each can accept your fare or send their own price. You see their name, rating, car and how far away they are — and you choose.
Meet, ride, arrive
Follow your driver on the map. Give them your 4-digit pickup PIN to start the trip, and share a live trip link with anyone you like.

Message your driver
Chat inside the app — no need to swap numbers to say where you are standing.
Call in one tap
Call your driver straight from the trip screen when a message is not enough.
Share your trip
Send a link that shows your driver's first name, car and live position until you arrive. It never shows your phone number, fare or PIN.
Pickup PIN
The trip only starts when your driver enters the PIN from your app, so you get in the right car.
Change of plans
Cancel from the app and tell us why. You can request again whenever you are ready.
Rate the trip
Rate your driver after every ride. Drivers rate riders too, which keeps everyone at their best.

Pay the way that suits you.
Choose how you will pay before you request. The fare you agreed is the fare you pay.

Pay your driver at the end of the trip.
Card
Save a debit card once; your card details are held by our payment provider, not by Jollo.

Riding with Jollo
Can I really set my own fare?
Yes. The app recommends a fare for your trip and lets you change it within a range. Drivers can accept your fare or send their own price, and you decide which offer to take.
Who sees my request?
Every available driver of the ride type you chose, within range of your pickup. Your request stays open while Jollo searches, so new drivers coming online can answer too.
What is the pickup PIN for?
It proves you are in the right car. Your driver enters the 4-digit PIN shown in your app before the trip starts. Never share it before you meet your driver.
Which ride types are there?
Ride types — for example a compact car, a standard car or an SUV — are set by Jollo and can change. The app shows the ones available for your trip, cheapest first.
I left something in the car. What do I do?
Contact us through the Help centre with the date and time of your trip, and we will help you get it back.
