Know who is driving. Let others know where you are.
See before you choose
Every driver's name, rating and car are shown before you pick them.
Pickup PIN
The trip starts only when your driver enters the 4-digit PIN from your app. Check the car and plate, then share it.
Live trip link
Anyone you send it to can follow your trip on a map. The link expires shortly after the trip ends and never shows your phone number, fare or PIN.
In-app messages
Talk to your driver inside the app. Calls dial their phone, so use messages when you would rather not.
Ratings both ways
Riders and drivers rate each other after every trip.
Report a problem
Tell us about anything that went wrong from Help in the app or the Help centre.

Know your rider and your trip before you go.
Reviewed before driving
Drivers send their ID, licence and vehicle papers, and Jollo reviews them before approving anyone.

See the pickup distance, destination and payment method before you answer a request.
The right rider
The rider's PIN confirms you are picking up the person who booked.

Protected sign-in.
- Sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone or email
- Repeated wrong codes or passwords lock sign-in for a while
- Personal details such as your phone number and email are stored encrypted
